Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015), (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Sub-Para 7, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, ideaForge Technology has informed that Ganapathy Subramaniam (DIN- 00019891) has tendered his resignation from the position of the Non- Executive Director of the company vide his letter dated, July 07, 2025 received by the Company through an email with effect from close of the business hours on July 08, 2025. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in this regard, are given in Annexure- A. The letter of resignation received from Ganapathy Subramaniam, is enclosed.
