NBCC (India) has received approval from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for Overseas Direct Foreign Investment in equity share capital of its newly incorporated entity namely ‘NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC’. NBCC (India) has accordingly remitted United Arab Emirates dirham 1,000,000 as equity in NBCC Overseas Real Estate LLC.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
