Piramal Enterprises has informed that with reference to the earlier intimations dated 28th May, 2025, 4th July, 2025 and 5th July, 2025 in relation to the composite scheme of arrangement amongst Piramal Enterprises (‘the Company’), Piramal Finance (Formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance) and their respective shareholders and creditors (‘Scheme’) under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. The Company and Piramal Finance (Formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance) has filed a Company Petition in Company Scheme Application No. CA(CAA) 113 OF 2025 with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (‘Hon’ble NCLT’) on 8th July, 2025 seeking sanction of the Hon’ble NCLT to the Scheme pursuant to the Scheme being approved by the requisite majority of equity shareholders and secured creditors of the Company in their respective meetings held on 4th July, 2025.
