Yash Highvoltage has executed a Binding Team Sheet for acquisition of 100% stake in Sukrut Electric Company jointly with Quality Power Electrical Equipments, in equal proportion by each organisation.
Sukrut Electric Company is a Pune-based transformer component manufacturer with a legacy spanning over six decades. The transaction is expected to close over the next two quarters, subject to completion of customary regulatory and commercial formalities.
Yash Highvoltage is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of wide range of transformer bushings - Oil Impregnated Paper (OIP) condenser bushing, Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) / Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) condenser bushing, High Voltage and High Current bushing, OIP Wall bushing and Oil to Oil bushing.
