ZIM Laboratories’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ZIM Laboratories FZE (ZIM FZE) has completed the process of investment of AED 4,00,000 in the shares capital of ZIM Scientific Office LLC (ZIM SO). Post investment, the shareholding of the ZIM FZE remains at 100% of the total share capital of ZIM SO.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on March 28, 2025, had considered and approved the same.
ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
