Zim Laboratories has informed regarding the investment of AED 1,00,000 and 4,66,000 respectively, to be made in ZIM Scientific Office LLC Step-down Subsidiary of the Company (ZIM SO) by ZIM Laboratories FZE, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company (ZIM FZE). In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), the ZIM FZE has completed the process of investment of AED 4,00,000 in the shares capital of ZIM SO. Post investment, the shareholding of the ZIM FZE remains at 100% of the total share capital of ZIM SO.
