Jubilant FoodWorks’ step-down subsidiary-- Fidesrus B.V. (‘Fidesrus’) has completed the transfer of its entire 100% stake in Pizza Restaurants LLC which is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Fidesrus in Russia on July 10, 2025. Following the completion of this transaction, Pizza Restaurants LLC has ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the company with effect from July 10, 2025.
