(‘Financial Results’). Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated June 24, 2025, regarding closure of trading window in terms with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, it has informed that the trading window shall continue to remain closed till Saturday, August 2, 2025 (inclusive) for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company.
