Springform Technology has received Board approval for acquiring 100% equity shares of Inertia Aluminium for a total purchase consideration of Rs 1 Lakh in cash, by way of purchase of equity shares from the existing shareholders of the Inertia Aluminium.
Further, the Board has also approved the execution of a share purchase agreement between the company, existing shareholders of the Inertia Aluminium and other necessary documents regarding the acquisition, whereby the company agrees to acquire 100% stake in the Inertia Aluminium. On completion of the said purchase, Inertia Aluminium will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on July 14, 2025, had approved the same.
Springform Technology is engaged in the software development business in India. The company was formerly known as New Sagar Trading Company.
