Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 51 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that the Finance Committee vide resolution dated July 15, 2025, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 1,00,500 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of ? 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh each), amounting to ? 1,005,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand and Five Crore only), through private placement.
