Maharashtra Seamless has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th July, 2025, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. In continuation to letter dated 26th June, 2025 regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window, Maharashtra Seamless has confirmed that trading Window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed till 1st August, 2025.
