Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jupiter Wagons has informed that Sanjiv Keshri, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. He will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 15, 2025. The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by Sanjiv Keshri and for his contribution during his tenure as the CFO. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate for the position of CFO & KMP. The same will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations. The information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure -A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Sanjiv Keshri, that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter, which is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.
