Marathon Nextgen Realty has informed that Piramal Trusteeship Services has released the Non Disposal Undertaking (NDU) executed by Marathon Realty for its holding in Marathon Nextgen Realty, with respect of the loan facility sanctioned. Accordingly, the NDU has been released and the necessary steps for closure have been initiated with the depository. A copy of the NDU release confirmation letter issued by Piramal Trusteeship Services is enclosed as Annexure A.
