Hikal has informed that as per disclosure under Regulation 30, 30A read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company received intimation from Sameer Trust (Entity of Promoter group of the Company) dated July 15, 2025 about initiation of process of dissolution of Sameer Trust and transfer of shares to Sameer Jai. Hiremath, being the beneficiary of the Trust and one of the existing promoters of the company. Enclosed the pre and post shareholding after giving effect to the transfer of shares from Sameer Trust to Sameer Jai Hiremath, there is no change in the aggregate promoter shareholding.
