Springform Technology is all set to acquire 100% equity shares of Inertia Aluminium. In this regard, Inertia Aluminium in its Board Meeting held on July 16, 2025, has considered, approved and took note of the share purchase agreements (SPA) and approved the transfer of 10,000 shares (representing 100% of total equity shares) to formalize the investment by Springform Technology through this acquisition.
With this approval, Inertia Aluminium will be the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company of Springform Technology.
Earlier, the company had received Board approval for acquiring 100% equity shares of Inertia Aluminium for a total purchase consideration of Rs 1 lakh in cash.
Springform Technology is engaged in the software development business in India. The company was formerly known as New Sagar Trading Company.
