SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Hexaware Technologies has informed that the Company has entered into two separate Share Purchase Agreements on July 17, 2025, for the acquisition of ‘Tech SMC Square India’ and ‘Tech SMCSquared (GCC) India’, subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions.
