Physical Rubber prices declined on Thursday

Physical Rubber prices declined on Thursday on buyer resistance, following the moderate declines in the domestic and international futures.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 186.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs 187.50; while the RSS-5 variety closed at Rs 182 compared to its previous closing of Rs 183.

In the futures market, contract of September delivery weakened to Rs 186.40 compared to its previous close of Rs 188.21, while October delivery closed at Rs 182.70 compared to its previous closing of Rs 185.44 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
