MPS has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, 18th July 2025, have considered, approved, and taken on record the following: Approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter (Q1) ended 30 June 2025: Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the enclosed Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) ended 30th June 2025. Further, as required pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Extract of Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter (Q1) ended 30 June 2025, shall also be published in the newspapers; and noting of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter (Q1) ended 30th June 2025.
