Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Polycab India has informed that MSCI (ESG Rating Agency) vide their e mail dated 18th July 2025 have intimated about the ESG rating for the Company published on their website. The Company has not engaged the services of MSCI for ESG Rating. The agency has independently prepared the report based on data available in public domain.
