Mishra Dhatu Nigam has informed that, department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence vide its letter dated July 17, 2025 conveyed appointment of Madhubala Kalluri as Director (Finance) of the Company in the pay scale of Rs. 1,60,000 — 2,90,000/- (IDA) with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post till the date of superannuation i.e., August 31, 2027 or until further orders whichever is earlier. In view of above, Madhubala Kalluri (DIN: 11202794) has assumed charge as Director (Finance) of the Company with effect from July 21, 2025. Further to its intimation dated June 3, 2025 quoted, the additional charge of Director (Finance) entrusted to S. V. S. Narayana Murty (DIN: 11065319) cease to exist. Further, the company has enclosed disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
