Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Chemplast Sanmar has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 28th July, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. In continuation of its letter dated 26th June, 2025 regarding Trading Window Closure, it has informed that pursuant to the Company's 'Code of Conduct' for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct) under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives defined under the 'Code of Conduct' from Tuesday, the 1st July, 2025 till Wednesday, the 30th July, 2025. i.e., [end date of two clear trading days after the communication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges].
