Zee Entertainment Enterprises has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today i.e. July 22, 2025, has approved: the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (‘Financial Results’), as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Board. In respect of the above, it enclosed the Financial Results prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the LODR Regulations, along with the Limited Review Reports thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
