Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Trident Lifeline has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, 28th July, 2025 to for the following business: 1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025; 2. Any other items with the permission of the chairman. Further, Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with Code of Conduct Framed by the Company and in continuation to its letter dated 28th June, 2025, the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares was closed from 01st July 2025 and shall reopen 48 hours after the results of the meeting are made public on 28th July, 2025.
