Krebs Biochemicals & Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 7th August 2025, to consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2025. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, they have already informed vide letter dated 23rd June 2025 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from closure of business hours on 30th June 2025 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2025.
