UTI Asset Management Company has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UTI Asset Management Company has approved on 22nd July, 2025 at 12:25 hrs IST; the allotment of 30,034 equity shares of face value of ?10 each pursuant to the exercise of options by eligible employees under ‘UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007’. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from ?1,28,07,38,730 (12,80,73,873 equity shares of face value of ?10 each) to ?1,28,10,39,070 (12,81,03,907 equity shares of face value of ?10 each).
