As informed by its communication dated June 30, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the of the Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (both days inclusive) i.e. it shall remain closed till July 30, 2025.
