With reference to email dated July 23, 2025 from BSE, seeking clarification on the media report that appeared on https://economictimes.indiatimes.com dated July 23, 2025, titled ‘MCX hit by technical glitch, trading affected for more than an hour’, Multi Commodity Exchange of India has clarified that, trading started on the exchange at 10:15 am today, due to delay in clearing technical processes and file sharing. The company has enclosed press release issued in this regard. The details required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached as Annexure I.
