Insolation Energy has incorporated a subsidiary, ‘MGVI Green Infra Four’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on July 23, 2025.
MGVI Green Infra Four will carry on the business of solar power plant development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and consultancy for any renewable energy power plants, including the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects, along with comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M).
Insolation Energy is a national solar energy provider and has set up a state of the art fully automatic solar PV module manufacturing plant at Jaipur.
