Morepen Laboratories’ subsidiary -- Morepen Medipath (MML) has received approval from its board to incorporate a new wholly owned subsidiary named SIGMACHECK HEALTH. Upon incorporation, the aforesaid named company will become a step-down subsidiary of the company. The objective behind the incorporation is to cater the growing demands of the medical devices. The company will indirectly hold 60% of the equity shares in the proposed new step-down subsidiary through MML.
Morepen Laboratories is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of APis/ Bulk Drugs, Home Diagnostics, Formulations and OTC products.
