Physical Rubber prices extend weakness on Tuesday

Physical Rubber prices extended weakness on Tuesday amidst subdued demand followed by uncertainty over the India-US trade agreement, and also tracking weak global prices with prolonged price war in China's automobile sector. But supply concerns following rainfall in key producing regions has limited further fall in rubber prices.

Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety fell at Rs 211/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 212/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined at Rs 207/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 208/ kg.
