Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Arvind Fashions has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’) of the Board of Directors of the Company on July 30, 2025, has granted 3,00,000 stock options to the eligible Employees of the Company under ‘July- 2025 Grant’ at a price of Rs. 540.80/- each pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) - 2022. Each stock option confers right to receive equal number of equity share of Rs. 4/- each of the Company.
