RITES, Tata Motors and Aurobindo Pharma to see some action today

RITES has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). This strategic partnership aims at collaborating on infrastructure and rural development projects in India and abroad, leveraging the expertise and strengths of both organizations to promote inclusive and sustainable growth. 

Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TML CV Holdings (TMLCVH) has received approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary Company in the name and style of TML CV Holdings B.V in Netherlands or such other name as may be approved by the relevant authorities in Netherlands. The proposed Company will be incorporated as a holding company with the primary objective of participating in managing and administering participations and interests in businesses, legal entities and companies. The board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 30, 2025, has approved the same. 

Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has entered into a definitive agreement with Lannett Seller Holdco, Inc under which Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc will acquire 100% of membership interest in Lannett Company LLC from Lannett Seller Holdco, Inc. The transaction aligns with Aurobindo’s strategic objective to expand its U.S. manufacturing footprint by enhancing its existing domestic capabilities. Cost of acquisition is $250 million.

Bharat Forge (BFL) is planning to establish a new advanced ring mill dedicated to aerospace applications, following the signature of contracts with Pratt & Whitney, Canada for the supply of aerospace components. The new ring mill will be set up as part of BFL’s ongoing expansion of its aerospace manufacturing capabilities. This facility is designed to produce high-performance aerospace products for aero-engine applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and adhering to the highest global quality and traceability standards.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed three License Agreements viz Lemon Tree Hotel Surat, Lemon Tree Hotel, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and Lemon Tree Resort, Dalhousie. These properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat will feature 85 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. Lemon Tree Hotel, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand will feature 84 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a fitness center and other public areas. Lemon Tree Resort, Dalhousie will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, and recreational facilities like a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. 

Premier Explosives has received a purchase order for Rs 22.36 crore from an International entity, for supply of Rocket Motors to be delivered on or before March 31,2026.

Kenrik Industries has commenced operations of a new unit under the name -- Shivani Jewels for the purpose of Wholesale and Retail Jewelry Trading. The new unit is located at Ahmedabad in Gujarat. This unit is established as part of the company’s strategic expansion into the jewellery segment and is expected to enhance the business prospects and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
