AvH Resources India has increased its stake in Sagar Cements from 15.68% to 18.55% through an open market transaction. The increase in stake was done through purchase of over 498,179 lakh shares on September 13 on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Sagar Cements has one of the most modern mini cement plants in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The most sophisticated state-of-the-art technology it uses is one of the strengths of the company.
