Olatech Solutions has received approval for the investment and acquisition of 25% in the paid-up equity share capital of Skillsbiz Education. With the strategic investment, the company will be able to venture into the new avenues and business growth in edtech. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 31, 2025 have inter-alia considered and approve the same.
