Aptus Value Housing Finance India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 54 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_CRADT/CIR/P/2022/67 dated May 19, 2022, all the secured, rated, listed, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures issued by the Company were fully secured and the Company maintains sufficient Security cover of more than 100% of the principal amount of the said debentures. The security cover certificate as on June 30, 2025, pursuant to the aforesaid SEBI circular is attached.
