Milkfood has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Regulations), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 12th August, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. Further to letter dated 25th June, 2025 and in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public.
