The Postal Ballot Notice is being sent electronically to the Members whose e-mail address are registered with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) / Depositories / Depository Participants as on Friday, July 25, 2025 being the Cut-off date. The e-voting period will commence on Monday, August 4, 2025 at 9.00 am and will end on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 5.00 pm. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.megasoft.com. The Notice is also accessible from the websites of the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE and National Stock Exchange of India at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively.
