The LoA is for development, operation and management of Flying Training Organization (FTO) at Kurnool Airport, Andhra Pradesh, at Rs 810/hour/aircraft (excluding taxes); overall size depends on actual operations. As per RFP, initial compliance within 15 days; full term as per agreement post-signing.
