In compliance with Regulation 34 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that it enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. The ‘BRSR’ also forms part of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25. The same is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs). Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending a letter to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with Company/RTA/DPs providing the weblink from where the Integrated Annual Report can be accessed on the Company’s website. The same shall also be available on the website of the Company at www.kcfl.co.in.
