Easy Fincorp has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, 5th August, 2025 has considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended on 30t June, 2025, along with the limited review report of the statutory Auditor thereon as per the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on an even date. In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the extract of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be published in the newspapers along with the QR code. The full format of the financial results shall be available on the website of the Stock Exchanges of BSE at www.bseindia.com and the Company’s website at www.easyfincorp.com. These results have been signed by Rajendra Dey, Director (DIN: 07011234), who was authorised by the Board of Directors. A certified true copy of the Board Resolution authorizing Rajendra Dey is also attached.
