ABC India has entered into an agreement for sale of a portion of the company’s landed property at Guwahati for a consideration Rs 18 crore. The company has entered into an agreement subject for fulfillment of certain terms and conditions and pursuant to decision taken in Board Meeting on May 28, 2012.
