Allcargo Logistics’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Ecuhold N.V. has acquired additional 30% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC for a consideration of SAR 10 million. Accordingly, Ecuhold N.V. now holds 100% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC. Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC is engaged in the commercial activities stipulated in the Articles of association, including transportation and storage activities.
