Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company is closed upto 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public.
