According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2680.03 crore in index futures and options segments as per Friday’s data, September 20, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 427.91 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 2252.12 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 1004.44 crore, while they also sold stock options worth Rs 20.31 crore.
