Zen Technologies has successfully safeguarded its pre-existing intellectual property (IP) by securing the revocation of a subsequently granted Indian patent filed under a similar category by individuals associated with MAG5 Innovations.
The patent, originally granted in April 2023, was revoked on August 06, 2025, following a post-grant opposition initiated by Zen in October 2023. This outcome reaffirms Zen’s strong intellectual property position and its ongoing commitment to safeguarding the company’s innovation-led advancements in combat training simulation technology.
