Zim Laboratories’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ZIM Laboratories FZE has received board’s approval for investment of upto AED 4,50,000 in the share capital of ZIM Scientific Office L.L.C., step-down Subsidiary of the Company, with an objective of expansion and development of business in the GCC region. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on August 07, 2025, has approved the same.

ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
