In continuation to earlier announcement dated June 16, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Prostarm Info Systems has informed that the Company has received a final LOA from ‘Bihar State Power Generation Company’ on August 07, 2025 for setting up of 30MW/120 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at rental of Rs. 4.44 lacs/MW/Month (i.e. yearly rental of Rs. 15.98 Crores on 30MW/120 MWh) under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mode at different GSS location of BSPTCL in Bihar with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) Support under BOOT model for 12 Years. LOA was received by the Company on August 07, 2025 at 07.07 pm.
