Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), Graphite India has informed that the second consecutive five year term of Gaurav Swarup (DIN: 00374298), as Independent director of the Company ended on the close of business hours on 10.08.2025 and he has vacated office accordingly. Consequently, he has also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 on cessation as Director are enclosed as Annexure - I. The reconstituted Audit Committee with effect from 11.08.2025 is enclosed.
