Jubilant Ingrevia has raised Rs 50 crore through Commercial Papers (CPs) on August 11, 2025. Maturity date of the said Commercial Papers is September 25, 2025. Tenure of the instrument is 45 days.
The Finance Committee, at its meeting held on October 23, 2024 approved issuance of Commercial Papers up to an amount of Rs 600 crore outstanding at any point of time, in one or more tranches. The aggregate amount of Commercial Papers (including this issue) outstanding as on date is Rs 170 crore.
