Allcargo Terminals has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary. The proposed names for the subsidiary are ATL FTWZ or ATL Logistics Freetrade Zone. The subsidiary will engage in Container Freight Station / Inland Container Depots business in India similar to its parent company. The board of directors of the company in their meeting held on August 11, 2025 have approved the same.
